She took the hint.
And brought the sweets.

In her twenties, Theo’s manager joked that, with her “resting bitch face,” she might be better off sticking to baking. So she did.

With a picnic basket full of baked goods, she knocked on restaurant doors and invited people to taste what she made. That basket was the start of a journey built on courage, persistence, and something delicious.

Now, with 20 years of experience behind her, Chef Theo shares her beloved cinnamon rolls with the neighborhood through Honeybee Sweets JC.
